TEKMER, is a Technology Development Center supported by KOSGEB and subject to Law No. 5746 on Support for Research, Development and Design Activities.
ARDVENTURE TEKMER, is the first TEKMER established in two different locations in Turkey with the aim of providing corporate services such as mentoring, training, marketing, legal, finance and project management for the establishment and sustainability of R&D, innovation and technology-based companies through collaboration between the players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and supporting the investment processes of the companies. ARDVENTURE TEKMER offers services in Ankara and Istanbul.

Preliminary Application

Preliminary Interview
It is discussed whether the application is suitable for TEKMER . The Sales Unit carries out a location tour and price information is given.
Application Process
Project applications are received through the TEKMER portal.
Evaluation Process
The Project Management Office conducts a preliminary review, an academic referee report is received and evaluated by the executive board.
Contract Process
After project approval, TEKMER Service Agreement is signed. Project Exemption Approval letters are sent to the Entrepreneur/Company.
Activity Process
The accepted Entrepreneur / Company starts the project activities.
